Five steps for easy installation of the soundproof pod

The soundproof pod is a small rectangular structure with a simple and understandable composition. Its exterior includes reinforced aluminum profiles, tempered glass, acoustic cotton, sound-absorbing panels, solid wood panels, etc. The interior structure includes lighting fixtures, fresh air systems, air filters, steel universal wheels, sockets, carpets, wiring, glass doors, locks, furniture, and more. The installation steps of the soundproof pod are simple and can be summarized into five major steps.

Step 1: Installation of Vertical Columns – Place the pod base and erect four reinforced aluminum profiles at each corner. Pay attention to the orientation of each column to avoid rework.

Step 2: Top and Wiring Installation – Align the top cover with the holes of the four columns and cover them. Lay out the wiring from top to bottom, leaving holes according to the positions of sockets, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, etc.

Step 3: Side Panels, Acoustic Cotton, and Power Installation – Install the side panels on both sides in order, then insert the acoustic cotton using the same method. Lastly, install the interior panels with sound-absorbing boards and connect the power lines.

Step 4: Glass, Door, and Lock Installation – If there is a glass wall on the back of the pod, insert the glass into the corresponding holes on both sides. Install the glass panels for the door and the glass door itself. Pay attention to the hinge position for the glass door, which should have good sealing ability for optimal soundproofing. Finally, install the lock on the glass door.

Step 5: Lighting Fixtures, Carpet, and Quality Inspection – Install the LED lighting fixtures based on the pre-installed wiring. Lay down the carpet and use special glue to stick it. The overall installation of the soundproof pod is completed. Finish by checking the quality and sealing ability, and then sign off on the acceptance.

The installation process of the soundproof pod is simple and understandable, but there are also many things to pay attention to during the installation to avoid complications, such as the orientation of holes, wiring layout, and installation sequence.
